Against all odds


i have to pull through
all the harrowing ordeals i have to face
face them gallantly
with utmost perserverance
and skills that are not much
that need sharpening from being blunt

whinning and whimpering
will not lend a hand i know
nevertheless,i need to buckle up
get started,and begin my journey
that will decide my destiny
although i do not know where it will
lead me

i am going to leave my footprint
and i will make sure
it is not merely a fluke.
